I as a customer made several attempts to call your company and all I got was voice mail and no return phone calls. So what do you expect or recommend I should say about your company and your reputation as an efficient responsive company? How should I rate you as an overall respectable business based on any confidence, incompetence and failure to deliver for letting plan a very disappointing event of an inadequate party.
